Marine Corps Information Operations Center Command Integration Lead

Quantico, Virginia | Full-Time | On-Site | Top Secret SCI Required

The Command Integration Lead (CIL) directly supports the Marine Corps Information Operations Center (MCIOC) in the information as a joint function and operation in the information environment. The CIL provides the Joint Force with an AI/ML enabled, scalable enterprise C2, situational awareness, and data analytics capability to support Globally Integrated Operations (GIO) Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control (CJADC2) and information and decision advantage. The CIL provides on-site technical expertise, assistance, and training to the Commands they support as well as serves as a direct conduit between the Government PMO and COCOM. Responsible for integration into the command processes as needed, but not limited to, Battle Rhythm events integration, documentation and facilitating Government PMO engagements. Support to on-site and virtual training, training programs, development of Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), and SOPs within the Command. Enhances COCOM’s situational awareness through the assimilation of data as well as the integration of visualization technologies into the COCOM Common Operating Picture (COP). Functions as a key contributor to the high-tempo COCOM staff: serving as a “first responder” for issues regarding access or functionality by users within the Command. Sends feedback to the Government PMO in the form of documented deficiencies, anomalies, and best practice to ensure the positive contribution and continuous evolution of technologies in support of Globally Integrated Operations.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience with Marine Corps Information Operations Center (MCIOC), or other COCOM.

• Technical and expert level understanding of the operational environment as it relates to relevant technologies (AI/ML, Command & Control (C2), Situational Awareness (SA) & data analytics).

• Ability to understand, explain, and train others on complex technologies (e.g., distributed C2, cybersecurity, data flow, inform and influence operations, etc.) within the context of Joint Force campaigning.

• Demonstrate geopolitical knowledge of assigned theater.

• Demonstrate an understanding of relevant technologies as well as broad CJADC2 principles.

• Ability to work and accomplish tasks with minimal guidance.

• Skilled in oral and written communications at the senior leader level.

• Ability to build and maintain technical documentation and high-level enterprise architectures.

• Top Secret SCI Required

Preferred Skills:

• 5+ years of Marine Corps Information Operations Center (MCIOC) operational (Action Officer) experience.

• Direct experience interacting with the CJADC2 PMO or with integrating relevant technologies into DoD operations within MCIOC.

• Direct recent experience working JADC2 (now CJADC2).

Job Types: Full-Time, Contract

Salary: $100,000 to $110,000 annually
