Armond Rouillard is Chief Operating Officer (COO) and one of four owners of SteelGate,LLC.  He helped form SteelGate with Jack Curran and the other Partners in 2018.

Armond is a 28 year Army veteran, with a strong and diverse background in signal and cybersecurity.  He had numerous deployments including Desert Storm, Bosnia, Albania, Kosovo, and Iraq.  He also helped establish the Signal Corps cybersecurity workforce, and the formation of the Army Cyber Corps.

After retiring from the Army in 2015, he held positions of increasing responsibility from Program Manager, Director, and Chief Technology Officer.  In 2020 he was promoted to the Chief Operating Officer for SteelGate,LLC.

As COO, Armond has constantly improved SteelGate’s day-to-day operations and implemented processes to support the rapid growth experienced in the company.
