Management Analyst Mid-Level

Location: Fort Belvoir, VA

Clearance: Secret


Responsible for performing routine manpower analyses and reporting. Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly personnel metrics to include acquisition certifications, mandatory training, individual development plans, and continuous learning points. Support planning of command events such as retirement ceremonies, hail and farewells, and change of charters. Assist in preparation of Military Acquisition Position List (MAPL), Command Select List (CSL), and Total Distribution and Allowance (TDA) submissions. Assist with site visits, audits, and internal management control reporting. Track and assist with BMD suspense in Task Management Tool (TMT) database

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience

  • BBA or relevant field

  • Knowledge of the Program Optimization and Budget Evaluation; Predictive Resource Staffing Models; Table of Distribution and Allowances
  • Manage to budget concepts preferred.

  • Basic Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience providing Cybersecurity expertise within government contracts.
  • 5+ years of experience working within the Army’s Defensive Cybersecurity Operations.
  • United States Citizen.
  • Have a DoD Secret clearance (required upon hiring) with the ability to pass an SSBI background.
